You can apply to other state colleges but getting a special state quota as per your state is kind of not possible . Every state private college has there own state quota so the chances of getting seats as per Kerala state quota is hard . You

The eligibility crtieria for clearing neet 2020 is as follows:-

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
