You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because different Categories have different cut offs. If you belong to General Category/EWS/OBC, the chances for a seat in Private Medical Colleges is also tough. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you might have very slight chances for a Management Quota

As per previous year's cutoff you have very chances to get government medical seat in Karnataka as you belong to obc category.Because previous year cut off is 380+ for obc category.But we can't tell exactly because cut off mark changes every year it's not be same always.

If we go through the cutoffs of previous year of the medical colleges of Karnataka then it would be difficult to get any government seat as the cutoffs for government medical colleges of Karnataka is quite high. A score above 550 is required to get seat in government medical colleges
