It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

You haven't mentioned your Category. In 2029, a score of 401 marks secured a seat under SC Category and a score of 299 marks secured a seat under ST Category in ACMS. If you have Ex-servicemen reservation you can get a seat in ACMS if you belong to ST Category.

Different colleges have different criteria for their students. Some colleges do have bonds that they used to get signed by the students while some dont have any bonds. It will totally depend on the college you are studying. As far as your transfer is concerned, I don't think that

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students categoy etc. as per previous years closing score analysis,. school of medicines sharda university general category closing score was 338, which makes you have moderate chances .
