To get an admission in S.V. Medical college, you will have to at least score, 420+ since you belong to SC category. However, the cut off for 2020 has not been released officially by NTA yet.

First things first, there is no concept of Free MBBS seat. We have Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges and Deemed/Central Universities. The lowest fees is in Colleges like MAMC, AIIMS, etc. The next lowest fees is in Government Medical Colleges which is fixed by the relevant State Government Authorities.
