Actually it is completely depends on your passion and intrest in my opinion After BCA, you MCA. It will be much more better for your future opportunities or Corporate Jobs. MSc IT is not more preferable then MCA. Mca is better than msc so you can choose
Studying for abroad, isnt not the end of road, you also need to get a Job after Education which is the Toughest part abroad, especially for a Non Engineer. Most of the Roles abroad for International/ Immigrant Visa Holders either belong to Engineering or Finance/Management/Consulting.

If you go for MBA the employment is quite high. So if your are interested in it then you can go for MBA.
Now among MCA and MSc its entirely dependent on your area of interest as well as your aspirations. So you should choose your career field based on
Most private colleges doesn't offer fees reimbursement but if any college does then its exceptional.
Now if you go for Government colleges in regular courses then you can apply for fee reimbursement. For self finance courses there is no fees reimbursement.

I would recommend you that if you have done BSc. in Computer Science then go for MSc. in Computer Science and if you have done BCA then surely go for MCA. The difference between the two is that MSc deals with all the theoretical parts of hardware and software
