According to the said marks your expected rank is very low which cannot take you to tier 1 colleges like Anna University, PSG Coimbatore and so on. See cut-offs also depend upon your category and as you have not mentioned the category so it is little bit difficult

Yes, you can get admission to MCA program without giving any entrance exam . There is direct admission process , you can follow that procedure. You must have passed graduation in BCA from any recognized University.
For direct Admission in BCA you must have Minimum 60% in BCA.
