both BCA+MCA and B.tech are good courses , if aspirant is having interest in field of information technology then both course are for you , combined syllabus of BCA+MCA is equal to syllabus of computer science engineering , usually who didn't opt PCM in their 10+2 go for BCA+

It depends and varies according to the difficulty level of entrance papers. But normally, for an unreserved category, it is above 250, for OBC around 200.

Separate application should be filled upfor undergraduate and postgraduate both.
