you may apply in start up company with mca distance education. but a mnc companies like tcs, cts, wipro, accenture they dont hire distance education degree holder. also for some governemnt vacancy most of the cases full time degree course needed for job prospective.

Yes you can join mca colleges without entrance exam. There are some colleges which give admission on the basis of bca marks and you have to score more than 60 percent for that in bca.

There is no proper solution to your question , actually the package and placement depends on your knowledge level as well as companies visiting your campus.

Package may vary but maximum you can get is 20lpa in starting but in rare case.
