its better to for M.tech in CSE or MBA in finance/marketing rather than doing MCA after B.tech. its not a great combination.

According to the previous years cutoffs and trends, with a rank of 1,055 it would be unlikely you will be able to get any college since the maximum cutoff varies around 660 for general. Also there are only about 340 seats for general category too.
