I think the date u have asked is already over.
The dates might be different for different colleges.You can check in the college webiste for the desired one you want to check. For eg, the applications for Manipal Institute of Technology is closed (The last date was 15 may)

The score is on the verge. I wouldn't say its hard but still the chances are okay. The mark cant guarantee a seat. You can give it a try but I advise you to have backup.
