Hi, your rank is very good. With 96 General rank you should aim for IET, Lucknow. You can easily get IET (UPTU main campus). You should also try for MMMIT, AKGEC, BIET, JSS. But you will definitely get IET for MCA with this rank.

Hey , the admission for MCA are done on the basis of entrance exams. Some colleges prefer there own exams while some are based on exams like NIMCET , DTE ,etc .
