It isn't clear what do you mean by changing course. MCC conducts counseling for MBBS and BDS courses simultaneously.

So you have to fill colleges according to your choice, if you wish to pursue MBBS then fill colleges providing MBBS program and if you wish to pursue Dentistry then

Since Himachal pradesh counseling got over, you cab still take part in All India counseling and fill your desired college as NRI candidate.
