Which is more better option Mba or M.com ?

Siddhant Student Expert 11th Jul, 2019
MBA would be a better choice if you are interested in finance, marketing, human resource, operation or it . These are the specializations available for Mba .
You can pursue MCOM if you want to pursue other professional courses like Ca , CMA OR CS , then you should do MCOM , otherwise they're many more specializations available in MBA .

But the curriculum are similar for Mba and MCOM.
The key differences are as follows:
MBA is a demanding degree in a corporate sector.
After MBA your career path will be open for any corporate sector
Mcom is available in finance , accounting and banking sector only.
MCOM is a demanding degree in finance sector only.

MBA is considered as a general degree which empowers understudies to find out the parcel of zones whereas MCOM is a much more narrowed degree that allows students to specialize in majors such as finance, international business, accounting etc :
Now it depends upon you what you want to study .  Also MBA is more costly than Mcom.

Vipul Chaudhary 8th Jul, 2019

Hi Harshali!

Greetings!

It depends largely on what are you choosing to opt. This must first be focused by you.

  • Now a days business research is high in demand for thus you need to learn statistics and statistical packages for research and analysis such as SAS.
  • If you good in applied math can go for any programming languages such as Python or Jaws etc.
  • If you good in account go for tally and others.
  • If you good go for business law and company secretaryship courses.
  • Also can go for strategic finance etc.

However learn language and computer based software, thst is more in demand.

You should also try preparing for SSC CGL and UGC NET. SSC can get you a good govt job while Net is the eligibility for lectureship.

And also, you can try

  • Diploma in company laws
  • Full time or correspondence course in digital marketing
  • Part time course in financial research.

Please upvote if this was helpful to you.

Thank you and good luck.
