In comparison to both B.Ed and M.Com , Master of Commerce is always the Best Choice . There are no enough opportunities for the students who did Bachelor of Education course. As you are from Commerce background it is advisable to do M.Com.

Analyzing the previous years cut-offs, you will have chances for admission in govt colleges but the chances are very low.You may not secure seat in mech and computer sciences but have probavility for electronics. This also depends on present scenerio of highest marks and number of students.
