The official dates are not announced yet but du has provided with the tentative dates of all the pg and ug entrance exams which is to held between 30.06.10 to 05.07.19.
The tentative date provided by du for Mcom entrance exam is 05.07.19.

The M. Com entrance test is pen and paper based exam with a duration of 3 hrs.
Syllabus:
1.Economics (including Micro Economics, Macro Economics, and Problems of Indian Economy)
2.Accounting (including Financial Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Management Accounting)
3.Business Statistics and Mathematics.

i m very sorry to say you cant take after completeing the BSc in ECE where its is diffrent streams where as Mcom is the master of the commerce either if you are interested in commerce then go for the MBA in finace
