Irrespective of the course, the answer to your question totally depends on the college you want to pursue your education in. Majority of colleges don't have any dress code/uniform but some colleges may have so it depends on which college you are choosing.

If u want to do MBA u need to clear entrance Exam for admission in better colleges like CAT, SNAP, IIFT, XAT etc.
U will get admission on the basis of Entrance Exam.
U need 50% In graduation for Eligible for MBA.
