Generally the colleges require minimum 50% in Graduation to apply for Post Graduation programme. You can contact your state colleges for the programme if they allow you with this score Or you can explain the college name in which you wish to take the admission, I will help you with

No, this is not possible. You can pursue one degree at a time . Like you can take up MBA only after you complete your M.Com.

Yes you can pursue m.com, eligibility required is to pass graduation with 50%. After doing m.com you will have two postgraduation degree.

Yes, you can. The basic eligibility criteria for Mcom is that you must have completed your Bcom with atleast 50%.(may vary slightly)
