M.com degree is a post graduate course offered to commerce students. It is a 2 year course OF regular study with regular attendance(not less than 75%). Fees may vary depending upon college but appox fees 4000 to 20000.

No it is not cumpolsory to pursue LLM after you pass your LLB. If you have interest in specialising in Constitutional Law, International Law etc you may pursue LLM. To some exrent it certainly helps if you have advance degree like in other profession for eg. M.D after
