Unfortunately that is not a possibility. Recently a group of Doctors filed a case in the Supreme Court regarding the Bond and lost the case. So you have to complete the course and then complete the bond period as well. In case you do not want to serve the bond

You havent mentioned your Category. So this answer is being written assuming that you belong to General Category. Going by previous cut offs and your rank, seat in AP and Telangana are a tad tough. But you may have a shot in any of these colleges in Tamilnadu for MD

Karnataka Government Medical College is one of the best Government Colleges in Karnataka . The Stipend given to MD/MS medical students is Rs.30000 for first year , Rs.35000 for second year .
