You can check for it on the official site of aiims organisations and can have the application form too. Now you will only get the paar registration form later

As you had done post doctorate diploma in gynocology and obstetrics you are not eligible for the jipmer pg entrance exams. Because for appearing in jipmer pg entrance exams a candidate must hold a mbbs degree or any equivalent degree from a recognised university under mci approvals.
