Which open school are you enrolled in? If it is NIOS, then yes, you can appear for CLAT exam without any worries as NIOS is recognised by UGC.

Unfortunately No. You can't study MD in Biochemistry after Bsc Biochemistry. In order to get Admission in MD Biochemistry, you should be holding the MBBS degree from a reputed medical college approved by MCI to be eligible for the MD program.
