I am from OBC category... To get MD medicine or anesthesiology what rank should I get???

For Admission in Maulana Azad medical college, Delhi through NEET PG in the OBC category the cut off in the previous years was a rank of 1145 for MD Anesthesiology and a rank of 39 for MD General Medicine. Considering this you would require a rank around this range

Yes this is very complusory for any mbbs to give neet pg exan in order to get admission in any pg course but if your mbbs college has that pg course they might provide you some quota and privilege to get admission in the same college  .

Not only for karnataka , there are few more changes in the fee structure for other Southern States like Andhra Pradesh, Telanagana etc.

But the government strictly changed the fee structure to 

A Category :

Govt- 10,000per annum

private- 50,000 per annum

B category , its 11lakh per annum

No, it's not the case. 

You have to give NEET pg examination and if your merit rank is within a specific range where the college stands, you might get the same college.
