For admission to MD courses, you will have to appear for NEET PG National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for Post Graduation exam and result of NEET PG was declared on January, 23 2018.
NEET UG exam is conducted for admission to MBBS/BDS and AYUSH courses.

You can surely do MD after completing the degree of D pharmacy. You will have to complete the MD and the trainind and residency period after that you can practice on your own.
