Hi there,

Every student pursuing MBBS from another country has to appear for FMGE in order to practice in India.  It does not matter whether your college is MCI approved or not, all foreign graduates have to give FMGE exam.

No its not possible to become a Cardiologist after BSc only, without completion of MBBS and MD.

To Become a cardiologist you must complete MBBS degree or continue the higher studies Msc in Cardiology combined with Master of surgery or MD in Cardiology.
