M.Des
Hello student,
My advice is that you should wait till the round 3 e of Srishti College exam in human centred design. But if you have check your your previous year cutoff and seems to find that you wouldn't get a seat in your calculated mark then you shouldn't wait.
Hello,
You can get previous year papers for M.Des from official website of IICD by visiting the following link;

Even with your roll number your details can be traced out linked with your roll number in your college.So you may not face problem if you have given your roll number in place of your registration number.As long as the details which yiu have filled in the online application are true you will not face any problem.
The paper tests your creative aptitude, visualisation skill, reasoning, creative writing, awareness, general awareness, general knowledge, some basics and sensitivity to solve any design related problems, etc. Agreed that people from B.Des will have a slightly better advantage but you can crack it easily too. So you will have to dig as many as sample papers as you possibly can and practise them. There is no set syllabus in specific for this test. And so you have to either join a Coaching center for getting a hang of the subject before you appear for the entrance exam or you will have to practise as many as sample papers as you can and read B.Des books.
I don't think that doing masters at this age would be of any benefit. Even after doing your masters you are going to give your 2 years and after that your age will be an actor and you cannot start your career at the age better you can use your experience and get promotion by your work because degree wont help you at this age.
The other factors is that you need to give time to prepare for the exam at this is it is not very ideal age to prepare for competitive exam in also there is not any guarantee of success in the exam.
Hello dear student,
It's still a good time to crack NIFT entrance test. I would recommend you to join a coaching institute that provide a crash course because that is really helpful. And if you are studying there with all your senses open you really crack the exam . They provide all the study material and notes that are needed. So check for the right coaching institute . Else you can check the course syllabus that comes in teh entrance test online . I hope that helps
Thank you
