Yes, the eligibility criteria to get admission in NIFT in M.Des is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized institute or university or 3 year undergraduate diploma from NIFT or NID. So you are eligible to get admission in M.Des in NIFT.

My advice is that you should wait till the round 3 e of Srishti College exam in human centred design. But if you have check your your previous year cutoff and seems to find that you wouldn't get a seat in your calculated mark then you shouldn't wait.
