Koushik, You have 2 options right now.

1. Either you can opt for Free Exit. If you do not want to join the allotted college, you can go for 2nd counselling without joining or reporting to the College allotted in the first round. You will still not be penalised but be eligible for 2nd round.

2. Or you can join the first college and opt for an upgrade. And then this seat becomes a virtual vacant seat.

Eitherways, you will be still eligible for 2nd round of counselling.

• Spanish language exam is not compulsory to do your bachelor/masters from Spain.
• one English language proficiency test either IELTS or TOEFL is mandatory for all who wanna do their study from Spain .
• one University Access exam is also there which you can go for but it is not mandatory , this exam is PCE ( Prueba de Competencia Especificas ), well  ,this exam will help you to improve your grades for getting into the universities in Spain.
• apart from these you can also appear for some scholarship exams of different universities in Spain that may give you good reimbursement in fee.

There is only basic difference between both of them,that is the fees.

So consider there is an xyz college:

You are aspiring for the college,the college takes students below 1000 rank and you got 5000 rank

So as per the government regulation,you cannot take admission in that college via government quota seats as you don' qualify the cutoff,but you can take admission in the same college by Institutional Management quota.These are the seats reserved by the college ,after all the rounds they will open up management quota seats and from there you can get admission in that same college but with more fees.

The fees will be much higher than the normal seat,it depends from college to college.

Bhavya, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to and the College you are enquiring about. Neverthless, there is no fee reiumbursement for Management Quota seats. Depending on the State you belong to, some Governments do help with reiumbursement until MBBS but not for MD/MD and that too in Management quota.

You should claim the documents as you are an nri like passport, visa

As per NEET MDS Eligibility Criteria, It is important for the applicants to pass BDS degree, which must be awarded by the university or institute in India under MDS course regulations issued by Dental Council of India (DCI) with the approval of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

A candidate should have a provisional or permanent registration certification issued by DCI or State Dental Council (SDC) by March 31 of the particular academic year.

Applicants should have completed or likely to complete the 12 months rotatory internship on or before March 31.
