Well honestly speaking the chances for you to get a seat seems moderate and not sure. The rank that you have score might get uplifted due to your category and that is why it might be easy for you to get a seat but still the chances seems moderate because mds seats are not that much in number.

Well you rank is really well and that is why your chances of getting masters of dental sciences in the government colleges of Tamilnadu is really high. But you need to have state domicile of tamilnadu if you want to attend state quota counseling.

Yes, students of Andhra Pradesh are eligible for admission to 50 percent AIQ seats.
Only candidates from Jammu and Kashmir will not be allowed to appear for AIQ seats and all seats will be granted by state counselling authority.
