The admission to PG courses in PGI Chandigarh and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research takes place through two different entrance exams. The admission to MDS course in PGI Chandigarh takes place through the PGIMER PG Entrance test and for admission to JIPMER, JIPMER PG entrance test is conducted. PGIMER PG test is conducted twice a year in November and May for the January and July session respectively while JIPMER Entrance test is conducted in January and July. I would advise you to study the eligibility criteria for these institutes carefully before applying for the entrance exams.

Once application form is submitted then it can't be changed. If the board gives any dates for correction and category correction is allowed then only you can change it. But it is not provided. You can't change it now.
due to this only it is advised to gather all the information and write it down and then do rrecheck then fill the form. Guidance PDF is also provided but No one reads to throughly.
Anyway you can't change it now.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi,has released AIIMS PG 2020 result on November 22, 2019, in online mode. The exam that was held on 17th November, has its results declared on there website. The mock round counselling will begin on 2 December 2019.

PGIMER application form 2020 was available in online mode from October 26 to November 14, 2019. The competent authority has also introduced several changes for the upcoming entrance test of PGIMER. As per the new changes, timings of examination have been changed from 9:00 AM - 12:00 noon to 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For the first time, PGIMER 2020 will be conducted in the computer-based mode on November 30, 2019.

If your question refers to january 2020 session then entrance test for the January 2020 session was conducted on December 8, 2019. However,the online registration for jIPMER PG exam started in September 2019. So, you can expect the registration to begin around this month if you are wishing to give exam next year. You will have to keep checking the official website for latest updates and important dates.
