Hi Lokesh,

Congratulations on your good GATE Score. NSIT is a decent college to pursue M.tech. The infrastructure, faculty and placements are fine. However, it is not as good a college to pursue m.tech as it is for B.tech. The placements are comparatively lesser.

Your rank is good ! 

Basically, scholarship is given based upon the rank. In case of SRM, moreover in PG courses, with 183 rank, you will not be able to get 100% scholarship. But if there's any scholarship( 25% or 50% ), you may be eligible for that.

Yes to certain extent you do hold a chance yo grab a seat in this college. Its no doubt a very good one but your scores are a bit high. Its not certain that you'll get but probably till last or Spot rounds may let you seek admission into it.
