The I.M. Tech program in University of Hyderabad, is a great program, which offers mainly the content based on the required subjects only, there won't me much unnecessary subjects included in the course structure. As far as the faculty is concerned in the  computer science department, they are great, perhaps you will be more than involved in the classes. You can have different perspectives for this answer. As you know, AU and SVU are government colleges. Which means they'll have experienced faculties, very low tution fee, rich college heritage, College branding and very rich alumni network. You'll miss out on all of these at KLU. You might have a very good infrastructure at KLU and they might bring more companies for placements, if you don't manage to get a job in campus it would be very difficult for you outside campus as KLU doesn't have the branding that AU and SVU has. These are some of the factors that they consider.

If we see the cutoff for general and sc category for Gate exam its obvious that general category cutoff is higher than SC category so in this case if you have cleared SC category cutoff then go for that then dont go for general category because it will be difficult to find seat under general category if you have not qualified the general category cutoff. So i suggest you that you should go as SC candidate only because it will help you more.

CBIT is one of the top college in this state CBIT. CBIT provide lot of facility which  Kakatiya  university don't provide as it is a government college.

 CBIT academy  standard is average where as kakatiya university is one among the fast developing university. CBITgood closing rank for admission. So  as per provided information you should go for CBIT for M.Tech.
