Its better to choose IITm Gwalior for the integrated btech and mtech. Even though BITS is best , but IIT has much more recogonisition and as well as oppourtunities . IIT has wonderful placements and since its integrated you will make bonus in your career since both the degree comes

The integrated M.S(SE) is renamed as M. Tech integrated. It is renamed in 2015
For batches before 2015 they will get degree under the name MS(SE) but to get M. Tech they have to do some credits extra.
