you can't do so.
first you have to gave gate paper again in 2020 with coumputer science branch and you have to score high to get admission in IITs or NITs .
college allow you for this only when you qualified the gate paper with that gate only .

You can apply for mtech at NITs .The cut off of interdisciplinary branches are low ,so you can get that easily.
If you wish to study in IITs ,you can apply for MS/PHD .These are research oriented .

You should look for other interdisciplinary branches offered by the college for Mtech.
