Cutoff marks for iits depend upon the difficulty level of paper. If questions comes easy then marks goes up. So prediction of marks is difficult. But i can say about gate score. You need to have gate score more than 700 for admission there.

For mtech you can even think to get Universities like NIT's and IIT's with this GATE score. Your score is too low to get to even JNUTH or Osmania (Considering General)
