Surely you can opt for PHD in astronomy (cosmology) after your dual degree(B.Tech+M.Tech) in aerospace engineering. The only things that you need to consider is that you need to have the requisite percentage or CGPA in your dual degree course as different insititutes have different eligibility criteria.
