YES, surely you can do M.Tech in COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING after doing B.Tech in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY since both are just allied branches of COMPUTER ENGINEERING.

MHRD has banned the technical education like B.tech & M.tech programme on distance mode including AMIE, No Institution is permitted to offer Diploma, Bachelor or Masters level programme under ODL mode in Engineering and Technology now as these programme is not possible without Lab or practical.
