It depends on your interest as if you are interested in computer application or information technology. It also depends on college. If I neglect these both, M.Tech.(IT) is a better option.

Yes you can do part time M-tech or executive Mtech (if have work ex of more taht 5 yrs) then it will be the best option to choose. also if your organisation funding you for Mtech , taht is also good .
