Hi Sandeep!This is Neeraj Atluri.In Mtech you can do your preffered branch in your preffered college when you have good score.So you can do Aeronautical Engineering in Mtech irrespective of your branch in Btech.If you have any doubts regarding this reply me ,I will help you.
