To join ISRO, the college where you pursue your M-Tech or B-Tech doesn't matter.
The eligibility criteria to get into ISRO are

See if you have not cleared GATE then you cant get admissions just like that. Alternately you could attempt VITMEE for VIT University, SRMJEEE PG, BITS HD or even the state entrance exams.

Thanks for asking, It does not matter that you have done PG or not all you have to is, you must be at least 17 years of age on the date of application. A graduation degree with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) is the basic qualification required.

If you want pursue higher studies prepare for entrance exams like CAT ,GATE ,XAT from a reputated coaching centre which will guide you more effectively .while doing coaching you can do job in weekdays and coaching in weekends , by this you will get experience which will increase
