You have decent chances with following colleges into mtech civil engineering :

IIT delhi rock engineering and management
IIT Guwahati
IIT Bombay offshore engineering
IIT roorkee
If you are targetibg tier1 colleges like IIT Madras and Kharagpur cjances seem low as cutiffs well above 700.

As per all specialisation from Civil engineering Mtech, the most demanding and having great potential ahwad is always with environmental engineering and Transportation engineering.

Both of them have great scope in Government tender based works and has good prospects with sectors like Real Estate, Metallurgy, Mining, Automotive, Construction and Civil.

Hello Avadesh,

Congratulations, On this score you can IIT Gandhinagar for your M.tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. Previous year, For IITs, Cutoff was above 750 for M.tech in CSE. For IIT Gandhinagar, It was 600. Apart from that you can get NITs.
