It totally depends on you and your interest and skills.

It is true that architecture engineering requires physical labour and field work but it provides good scope in the future in terms of jobs and placements.

Sorry but you have mentioned the best colleges of India which do not give direct admission for m tech.
If you want to get into one of them, crack GATE exam.
