See M.Tech is a higher qualification and the value always is there for it. It will not decrease your chances. However IT field is simply dynamic, so you have to learn whatever is required apart from the regular curriculum. So check the job portals and see what is being asked.
NIFTEM and Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology are two institutes that you can look at. NIFTEM is best as it is primarily for Foor Technology. Non of the IITs or NITs offer this course.
