BATU really really lacks full time faculty members, it just hires ad-hoc teaching staff for non-core subjects. Only department with most number of faculty is Mechanical Engineering with 14 PhD holding staffs. The department next to Mech Engg good in terms of faculty is Chemical Engg. Although Petrochemical
