Life at NIT sikkim is good. Thogh infrastructure is not upto that but it is sufficient for students because it is situated in remort place.

In terms of placement its is improving in both ways in quality wise also and quantity wise also. Overall it is good.

Number of seats in AU for ME is 30 seats.

For taking admission in AU through ECET you have to do counselling.

The counselling starts from june 2018: AP ECET Counselling Dates 2018, Andhra Ecet Web options entry scheule

Just registered and make choice filling.

It is difficult to say no of seat under ecet but most of the colleges only 15% seats.

depends solely on your interest! Moreover, it aslo depends on what you'd want to do after your engineering. 

What I can say is Mechanical Engineering is a core branch so it fetches better packages while placements and moreover, it has a broad spectrum of opportunities as compared to Production.

But,

Dear Imanur,

As per last year cutoff of jadavpur University for Machanical engineering you will not get admission in jadavpur University even in OBC-A category.

But you can get admission in chemical engineering and electronics and instrumentation engineering in jadavpur University.
