Hi Sukrit. May be my opinion will sound different to you, but to be completely honest with you, you should choose IIT Roorkee Metallurgy as Electrical or Mechanical are very common branches now a days with high competition, whereas metallurgy is less popular and you can easily get a job.

I dont know exactly about Sanjivani College of Engineering. But if you want to take admission in 2nd year of Engineering after Diploma, then it would be good to have 70% marks in your Diploma with a decent score in Entrance exam for lateral entry.
