According to previous year cutoffs, there is no chance at NIT,karnataka. But you have some good chances at GFTI's. And from this year,special quota for girls is introduced. So, scenario can be varied.

out of my lnowlwdge both are best countries for MS but likely to say the US has best universities like Havard University , Standford .MIT so i suggest you to go for US only
