Its very difficult for you to get CS as per your rank as CS and IT CLOSING rank is max. 7000 and last 10000 whether in chennai or vellore campus but if there is some special round counselling. You can apply for , it all the best

congratulations!!, According to last years cut off for mechanical branch you won't be able to get it.
Cut off is 19,500 last year in vellore campus and 32000 in chennai campus.There are low chances for getting other branches also in both colleges. I suggest you to go through
