Dear Anil, If a Mechanical Engineer doesn’t posses required skills and is not job-ready or competent then he/she will be left unemployed. In the year 2015, according to the NIT Silchar Placement Report, Mechanical Engineering students were recruited by private companies as PSUs did not participated in the recruitment process.
I think that MIT is better choice than mentioned college because it has some recognition outside also and also placement is pretty decent so I will suggest MIT for both the mentioned branches.
