Hi Yash,
Among these two, I will definitely recommend you SRM university if you are getting main campus only, then it will be worthable!

KIIT University is also good, but not better than SRM UNIVERSITY. According to this year NIRF ranking, SRM UNIVERSITY is in top 40 colleges in India.

Yes as he has scored very good marks in AEEE.You may not get Mechanical in the main campus but you can definitely get this branch in other campuses.
It's placement record is really good over the years so you can go for this college.

Definitely you will get mechanical in Manipal but you might have to get adjusted with campus while you will have competition as well

2) to get into iim for 5 years MBA program
3) to get into PSU Maharatna

Give cat exam
To get into 2 years MBA program in any IIM
