Dear Sunny,

According, to previous year cut off you have less chances to get mechanical branch in NIT Calicut on OBC category other state quota but you have chances to get other branches.

 

Your expected Rank based on your score will be approximately between 25000 - 28000 and your OBC-

Yes you are eligible frd in the score of 65 or more percentage you gets better colleges.for taking addmission in I.d. college you need a valid jee or equivalent exam score.

Go for Sri eshawar as reviews for this college are (1) infrastructure is very nice (2) better industry expert in many functions. (3) hostels food are very neat and clean and good foods.

the Sastra take admission by two streams

while in case of stream 1 it takes on the basis of JEE marks 

and on the other hand it takes on +2marks while they take in with above 90+% of students on the both cases you are not eligible.

surely you can take admission through the MHCET writing only while on the other hand you need have good score in 10th and likely make sure you fill neatly with CET application.
