according to the marks you are getting you can expect a score of 550-600 and rank about 6000. As you have a category it can be predicted that there is a possibility of getting top nits and maybe interview calls from new IIT's.

NIT Trichy is one of the top NITs so you will have to secure a good rank in Jee Mains. Considering general category, 250+ score is enough to admit in NIT Trichy. For OBC students, There is slightly less score to need like 230+ and 180–190+ score need for SC,
Depends on your branch. But if you are talking about Mechanical Engg plz do not expect ranks that others got last year with same marks. You may land up between 500 to 600 AIR.
